The Speciale-16 machine is semi-automatic, producing creamy ice cream dispensed through a manual valve. The mixer is automatic, and the usage process is very simple. The ice cream maker does not use alcohol in its ice cream production process and beeps when the ice cream is ready.

The equipment produces 30 to 50 liters of ice cream depending on the recipe.

The ice cream exit is through an opening below the tank. After product removal, it is recommended to leave it in the freezer for at least 4 hours to complete freezing.


How It Works

The Speciale-16 machine is semi-automatic, producing creamy ice cream dispensed through a manual valve. The mixer is automatic, using polyethylene blade(s), and is one of the few ice cream machines that accepts the use of additional ingredients such as pieces of fruit, sugar, extra syrups, etc. One of the machine's qualities is the non-use of alcohol in its ice cream production process. The Speciale-16 machine beeps when the ice cream is ready, and the ice cream exit is from under the bowl. After removal from the machine, it must be kept in the freezer for at least 4 hours to complete freezing. Cleaning must be done with the equipment turned off to avoid accidents. The tank capacity must be respected for the equipment's own care and the quality of the final product. It cannot exceed that quantity.
